Non-expanding steel structure fireproof coating

FEATURES:

The non-expanding indoor steel structure fireproof coating is a two-component coating (divided into dry material and rubber material) according to a fixed ratio and mixed use. It is widely used for fire protection of load-bearing steel components of various indoor and outdoor buildings.

PRODUCT PARAMETERS

①Surface treatment of steel structure: the surface of the substrate shall be derusted as required. At the same time, dust, oil and other impurities on the surface of the substrate shall be removed. After the surface of the substrate is dry, use sand blasting or manual polishing to prevent rust.
② Anti-rust primer construction: evenly apply epoxy zinc-rich primer on the surface of the steel structure, and apply fire-resistant paint only after 24 hours of indoor curing.
③Surface primer: primer must be used for primer prior to coating application. The primer should be sprayed or roller coated, and the primer should be basically uniform as required.
④ Paint coating construction: After the primer is actually dried, the thickness of each coating should be controlled at about 8-12mm according to the thickness of the fireproof coating until it reaches the specified thickness. Each application requires that the surface is dry before proceeding to the next application.
⑤Precautions: The temperature of the construction environment should be 5-35 degrees, and the relative humidity should not be greater than 80%. Prevent moisture and rain from immersing, and the material will become invalid when it is damp. If the coating is damaged locally, it should be repaired in time.
